Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, both in the public areas, the meeting rooms as well as the hotel rooms.
Even on our sunny terrace there is perfect Wi-Fi coverage.

Yes, we dispose over sufficient public free parking spaces around the hotel.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 until 10:30 at the main restaurant of the hotel.
Depends on occupancy sometimes is served on the table by the staff or on Buffet style self service.
There is also the possibility of a room service, with an extra charge according to the room service menu.

We have restaurant and bar facilities throughout property our Food and Beverage staff is happy to accommodate any of your dining needs.
For this reason, we do not allow outside food or beverage on property.

All hotel facilities are open to everyone. Access to external guests is not possible when the availability is limited as our first priority is the service of our hotel guests.

The hotel has not designed accessible rooms. Our reservations team is more than happy to assist you.

The outdoor pool (seasonal from 1 June to 31 August) is open to all children with adult supervision.
The indoor heated pool is situated at the Spa, which is adults-only, yet in order to cater our younger guests who stay with us, the indoor heated pool is exceptionally
accessible only between 12.00 – 14.00 and under adult supervision.

For the use of hydrotonic Spa pool for 45min hydrotherapy session an appointment in advance need it. Maximum number of guests for hydrotherapy session is 10 persons each time.

Unfortunately the hotel does not currently allow pets.

All transfer requirements can be taken care of our team (additional charges apply).

Our team will be very happy to take care of baby-sitting arrangements for you. Please contact us prior to arrival as this service is on an on request basis.

Roads are being constantly cleaned when it is snowing. Yet, snow chains are recommended as we are in no position to predict extreme weather conditions.

1. Complaint Management Policy Any complaints to be submitted will be thoroughly studied There will be fair treatment to the person concerned and to any Person / Human Resources person to whom the complaint may be made. Personal data protection as defined by the European Union and the relevant law will always be respected. Complaints will be recorded and analyzed at regular intervals to identify and resolve problematic procedures and practices and to avoid repeated omissions. The staff of the hotel will be continuously trained and will have direct access to the complaint management policy, always aiming at their effective management. The Board of Directors, the Management and the Personnel recognize the right to complain and are committed to the objective of fair and effective resolution of problems that may arise from the services they offer.

2. Complaint Procedure Wording of a complaint or point for improvement by residents, visitors and staff can be done: either verbally, during the provision of services to residents or other interested parties either by letter or relevant document, which the interested visitor
can send directly to the hotel either in writing at the presence of the person concerned at the hotel, where the “Form for Complaints – Improvement Proposals” is placed in specific positions stands where the person receives them, completes them and then places them with a special envelope in their special collection boxes at the same time a complaint or a point of improvement may be formulated by a member of the staff, following the relevant “Non-Compliance / Corrective and Precautionary Action”
In addition, complaints to the hotel may be made indirectly through satisfaction questionnaires sent by interested parties in accordance with the Stakeholders’ Satisfaction Measurement process.

3. Time to handle complaints If the response to the complaint is not feasible, it will be investigated within the following time frames: Sending an acknowledgment of receipt within 2 working days of receipt. The complaint will be investigated within 15 business days and the response will then be sent. In individual
cases where more time is needed for a thorough investigation, we will request an extension in writing. In the letter we will mention, in addition to the additional information we may need, the actions we have already taken and the actions that will be taken to complete the investigation so that the information is complete.
